Refund Eligibility

• Course has not been completed (final exam not passed)
• Certificate has not been downloaded
• No previous refund requests for the same course

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed courses with downloaded certificates
• Bundle purchases (partial refunds not available)
• Courses purchased more than 7 days ago
• Gift certificates or promotional credits

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

2. Include your account email and course name
3. Provide brief reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)
4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution's standard processing time for the credit to appear in your account.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the course materials will be immediately revoked. Any course progress will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
