3. Course Enrollment and Access

Upon enrollment, you receive unlimited access to course materials. Course completion certificates are awarded after successfully passing the final examination with a minimum score of 70%. Unlimited exam retakes are provided at no additional cost.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Complete courses personally (no proxy completion)
• Use course materials for personal education only
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute course content

5. California BRN Approval

All courses are approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) as continuing education providers. It is the user's responsibility to verify acceptance of these CE credits by other state nursing boards if applicable.

6. Payment and Refunds

All course fees are listed in USD and must be paid in full before accessing course materials. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been completed. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and certificates are the intellectual property of our platform. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy in all course content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or accept liability for decisions made based on course information. Users are responsible for verifying information with appropriate regulatory bodies.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform.
