Advisory opinion (rev. Nov 2025) sorts procedures into three levels. Neuromodulators, fillers, PRP and threads are Level III: RN or APRN only, a licensed practitioner’s order, written informed consent, and supervision by a practitioner trained in aesthetics. An initial exam by a qualified practitioner is required (telemedicine allowed). Written policies must be approved by that practitioner, and training must include a supervised practicum.
