CE from a California BRN-approved provider: National or In-State Providers Only.

Can apply for state CEP or approved provider who is approved Nationally. (Reference: Section 9.)
A California-only provider does not appear to qualify.
- Aesthetic Practice Rules: General Scope Rules
No aesthetic-specific rule. Reg. 7.3 lets nurses use standards and position statements from professional nursing organizations to define scope. Practice occurs where the patient is located.
